His prices were better than the competition and I didn’t feel like he nickel and dimed certain costs. What really impressed us was he chose solid contractors that were friendly and good at their job, and when we had flooring damaged (our fault) right after install he went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of with our repairs. We will definitely use Imperial flooring again if needed.
